What: Our 1st Annual Antique Show & Sale
Description: We will be hosting a Weekend Antiques Show & Sale From Friday June 18th right through to Sunday. Please see Hours of Operation as well as Admission Fees Below. On Sunday the Show will end at 5 PM.
We will be Selling the Antique items outside Starting at 1 PM.
Antique & Nostalgia Auction starts at 1 PM on Sunday.(Please Note we will be accepting SELECT ANTIQUE consignments only for this Auction) For more information about this Antique Show & Auction please call or email our Office. Children are Welcome but must be Supervised. No Pets Please (other than For medical reasons - Guide Dogs etc)

Special Information For Dealers / ConsignorsOur facility features more than 3000 Square feet of Indoor Vendor Space as well as
Approx 6 Acres of Outdoor Space. There is limited Space for vendors wishing to take Part in this Exciting Event. First Come First Serve.
Consignor Fees: Indoor Space - $ 1.50 Per Square Foot(Ex. 10 X 10 indoor Booth = $150 For The Entire Weekend)(Ex. 10 X 20 indoor Booth = $300 For The Entire Weekend)Outdoor Space - $1.25 Per Square Foot(Ex. 10 X 10 Outdoor Space = $125.00 For The Entire Weekend)(Ex. 10 X 20 Outdoor Space = $250.00 For The Entire Weekend)Consignor Fees are Due Upon reserving your Space. No Refunds.
As Aforementioned Space is Limited and Prime Locations will go fast. We are booking Consignment Spaces on a First Come First Serve Basis. Consignors are Responsible to Bring their own Tables and/ or Display Cabinets. Some of the Indoor Vendor Booths Spaces include Back wall Space. There are a limited number of Tables that may be Rented for the Weekend. Be Prepared for a long Weekend and make the Appropriate arrangements for an extra Person to come with you to run your booth if needed. Consignors are more than welcome to "Camp Out" on Our Property through the weekend. No Utilities other than Outdoor Washrooms. Please Come Prepared. Those who have Consigned Space in this Antique Show for the Weekend are also being offered a SPECIAL Auction Rate of 15% should they wish to sell any of their items in the Sunday Antique Auction. All other will be at a 25% Commission Rate.
